Our Response

We read every email and aim to respond to your message within 48 hours.
If your request is related to an order, exchange, cancellation, or replacement, please include your Order Number so we can locate the relevant order quickly.

Delivery & Missed Orders

Because BazaarMix operates entirely on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, successful delivery requires someone to be available at the provided delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Delivery Re-attempts

If you are not available when the delivery is first attempted, the applicable delivery service may make additional attempts, generally up to 1–3 attempts, depending on the delivery arrangement.

Rescheduling

If delivery fails repeatedly, our team may contact you using the contact details provided with your order to help reschedule the delivery or cancel the order where possible.

Abuse Protection

Please place COD orders only when you genuinely intend to receive them.

If a customer repeatedly refuses or abandons verified COD deliveries without a reasonable explanation, we reserve the right to restrict or block the account, phone number, or other order details from future orders.
